Exhibiting

Be visible to the autism community who are looking for the products and services you offer.

All three shows around Wales provide you with the perfect opportunity to connect with the individuals and families living with autism and the professionals that support them a both a national and local level.

The Cardiff Show in September is a ‘shell scheme’ show and the biggest of the three. In 2017 and 2018 it attracted over 1400 Visitors attending to get information and advice from over 50 exhibitor stands and 7 seminars that were held throughout the day.

The shows in North and Mid Wales are both without a ‘Shell Scheme’ – instead you have a choice of floor area size with a trestle table and chairs.

There are discounts available if you book to exhibit at two (10%) or three (15%) shows. Plus there is a membership option if you want to spread the cost over the months leading up to the Shows.

To Book a Stand.

There are two ways to book.

  1. You can  book online using the interactive floor plan to book and pay for the stand you want. This reserves the stand you choose straight away.  If you are booking for more than one show then we will adjust the invoice manually with the appropriate discount and send that to you. Please note, you also need to complete the Booking Form below as we need further information from you to confirm the booking.
  2. You can just complete a booking form and we will manually add your booking to the floor plan.  This won’t reserve the stand you want straight away as we will need to update the floor plan,  which we will do at the first opportunity we have.

The floor plans for each of the 2019 Shows will be available here shortly.

To book / complete your booking please complete the form below.  Please note if you have booked online using the Interactive Floor Plan then MUST ALSO complete this booking form for the additional information we require.
